Toros vacuum dehydration systems remove free, emulsified and dissolved water, free and dissolved gases, and solid contaminants to increase reliability, life, and efficiency of hydraulic & lubrication systems. They have been developed for different viscosity ranges, from transformer to heavy gear lubricating oils. The mobile vacuum dehydration systems in the YSAC series are available in different sizes with flow rates of 30 l/min up to 110 l/min.

The YSAC fluid purifier systems are fully automated, PLC-controlled compact enough for use in confined areas. The standard installed water sensor allows a permanent control of the water saturation of the fluid. Efficient oil heaters allow less energy consumption for dehydration process.
