WSPS 05
The WSPS 05 sensor is an effective diagnostic system for determining the saturation level of water in oil. The sensor detects the presence of free or emulsified water in hydraulic or lubrication systems, thereby enabling the user to prevent accelerated oil aging, increased wear, malfunctions and failure of components. The saturation of the fluid with water displays as a percentage.
CCT 01
Contamination class transmitter (CCT 01-Set) with an integrated, three-channel particle counter, combined with the particle flow sensor (PFS 01 laser sensor).
CCS 5
The mobile CCS 5 contamination control system determines the solid contamination particle size distribution, water saturation and fluid temperature. The measurement results provide a basis for analyzing the wear on hydraulic components, observing standards and detecting damage early.
CCM 01
The CCM 01 Contamination Control Monitor Set is an inline diagnostic measuring system for determining the contamination classes according to ISO 4406:99 and NAS 1638.
MDD
Pressure filters change over series MDD are suitable for operating pressure up to 2,900 psi (200 bar). Duplex filters can be maintained without interruption.
HDD
The high pressure duplex filters of HDD series have a change-over valve type and are suitable for a working pressure up to 4,568 psi (315 bar). Duplex filters can be serviced without interruption of operation.
EHD
The high pressure duplex filters of EHD series have a change-over valve type and are suitable for operating pressure up to 4,568 psi (315 bar).
EDWF
Eaton´s stainless steel duplex pressure filter series EDWF have a working pressure up to 232 psi (16 bar). A changeover ball valve between the two filter housings makes it possible to switch from the dirty filter side to the clean filter side without interrupting operation.
EDU
Eaton´s stainless steel pressure filter changeover series EDU have a working pressure up to 464 psi (32 bar). A three-way-change-over valve which is integrated in the middle of the housing makes it possible to switch from the dirty filter-side to the clean filter-side without interrupting operation.
EDA(ASME Design)
The duplex configuration of the newly designed EDA series filter can operate continuously, eliminating the need to shut down for cleaning or service. A pressure equalization system assures consistent pressure while the flow is being transferred.
